Demos and estimates
Our examples show possible workflows using sample information. They are not live services for the businesses named in the concepts, and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or a client relationship. Demo prices, appointments, messages and document reviews are illustrative.
The quote calculator gives sample estimates based on the inputs and pricing rules displayed in the demo. It is not an offer from MARKETSTREETOS LLC or a commitment by a service provider. A real project requires confirmation of its scope, pricing and suitability.
Use fictional information. Do not enter sensitive personal information, real customer documents, passwords or account credentials into a demonstration tool.
Booking a call and engaging our services
Booking a strategy call does not purchase a service or create a project contract. Website prices are starting points, and descriptions are general information. Before paid work begins, the parties must agree separately on scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery, revisions, ownership, third-party costs and support. That agreement governs the project.
We do not guarantee a particular revenue increase, cost saving, search ranking, advertising return or other business outcome. Results depend on the project, implementation and circumstances.
Acceptable use
You may explore the site and demos for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights or use the website to send unwanted communications.
Content and ownership
Website content and code are owned by MARKETSTREETOS LLC or the relevant rights holders, except where a separate license states otherwise. You may use the demos for evaluation. This does not transfer ownership of the website, grant rights to third-party brands or permit resale of our materials. Rights to paid project deliverables are set out in the applicable project agreement.
You retain any rights you hold in information you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use it.
Third-party services
Calendly, social platforms and other linked services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content. Any third-party software required for a client project will be addressed in that project’s scope and agreement.
Availability and limitations
The website and free demos are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. They may contain errors, change or become unavailable. Keep your own backups of anything you export or choose to store in a demo.
To the extent permitted by law, MARKETSTREETOS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website or its free demos. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Paid services are governed by their separate agreements.
Applicable law and changes
Michigan law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Revised website terms do not amend an existing signed project agreement.
